Shalini Goenka

Health & Fitness Coach

Shalini is trained in yoga from The Yoga Institute, The Special Training Institute of Yoga and Mumbai University. She is an expert in the theoretical course, the practical course of asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, mudras, bhavas etc. and the holistic approach of yoga to life.

She is also a certified instructor of POP Pilates and has successfully completed courses in Nutrition & Sports Nutrition. She is a National Diabetes Educator & Weight Management Consultant. Shalini is also certified as ACSM Marathon Trainer & Aerobics Instructor with Aerobics by Stacey. She has many years of experience of teaching and has taught across various locations.

Shalini is a yogini; the one who is connected and believes in the power of fitness which can create the rhythm of the body, melody of the mind and harmony of the soul.
