I started following Shalini’s nutrition plan in June 2015 and within a month started seeing changes in my body. She did not restrict my eating but showed me how to introduce healthier food into my diet. Eating at right intervals, controlling portions, lead to a healthier life style, reduction in insomnia, absence of knee pain & I feel fresh & energetic.
After pregnancy I contacted Shalini and lost 4 kgs in a month, I never felt hungry with her diet plan because she never made me starve. She did not actually made me stop eating my favourite food but she built a correct portion, time and made it my lifestyle. I lost weight from 75 kgs to 63 kgs, thanks to Shalini I felt beautiful and healthy. at the same time. Now I am more active to run behind two small children and my acidity problem, weakness and low mood has just vanished.
Shalini enabled me to use my strengths and skills everyday in order to make me practice healthy eating, maintaining good nutrition and to control many health problems including obesity. A hearty thanks to her because she has taught me to fuel my body properly for optimal performance.
It was a life changing experience with Shalini. She not only guided me through the diet and exercise routine, she also helped me to be in-charge of my own health by helping me understand the relationship between what I eat and how I exercise. Highly recommended.
